🤍 𝔽𝕚𝕕𝕖𝕠𝕤 𝕕𝕖 𝔸𝕣𝕣𝕠𝕫 𝕔𝕠𝕟 𝔾𝕒𝕞𝕓𝕒𝕤 𝕪 𝕍𝕖𝕣𝕕𝕦𝕣𝕒 🤍. . . Sencillo, Nutritivo y Sabroso... . Empezamos preparando los ingredientes, en mi caso: setas, champiñón, brócoli...y GAMBAS!. Salteamos en la sartén las verduras y cuando estén listas añadimos las gambas, poner el fuego un poco fuerte y así evaporamos el agua que suelte la gamba. Mientras en un cuenco ponemos a hidratar los fideos unos 15’. Cuando esta todo bien salteado añadiremos salsa de soja...removemos y mezclamos bien. Los fideos deben de verse transparentes, si ves que tardan mucho en hidratarse...ponlos un poco a fuego y en cuanto el agua se caliente con 2’ estarán listos. Añadimos los fideos a nuestra sartén y añadimos nuevamente salsa de soja...removemos bien y LISTO! Ya tenemos nuestros FIDEOS DE ARROZ con GAMBAS y VERDURAS 😋. . Nada más fácil y sano, además de ricoooooo!!! Cambia las verduras al gusto e incluso las gambas por carne o lo que quieras...el fideo de arroz es muy agradecido y pega con todo!. . . Awesome, yum, early morning prana breakfast! Eggs on toast delux!! First get yourself a nice cup of coffee,  it's still morning. Take it easy 😌.. Now let's start with: 2 slices of fresh sour dough bread and 1/4 clove garlic, thinly sliced. Spread the garlic over the bread with a bit of olive oil. Put it in the oven on 180C. Bake for 5 min. In the meantime get yourself a few cherry tomatoes,  1 spring union, 1/5 of a paprika and cut these into small pieces. Now get the bread out of the oven and spread the veggies over the bread. Lay on top, a piece of Old Amsterdam cheese (old cheese). And ones again, bake in the oven for another 5min. In the meantime fry two beautiful eggs with a little bit of olive oil. Salt and pepper for more taste. Get the bread out of the oven, lay a few spinach leaves on top and then the delicious fried eggs. Maybe make yourself another hot and steamy coffee, you deserved it 😉 And here you have a awesome morning breaky. Have a beautiful day!! #happy #healthy #creative

Khatta Meetha Aam Panna This is a very special drink enjoyed in every household in India, no matter where you are from. This Aam Panna is delectable Refreshing Drink made from the Pulp of Raw Mango, Fresh Mint Leaves, Cumin Powder, Jaggery and Black Salt. You can also make this drink with the pulp of Roasted Raw Mangoes instead of boiling them... The smoky flavour is absolutely delightful. . . . INGREDIENTS : Raw Mango - 2 piece Mint leaves - 25 grams Jaggery - 1/2cup Lemon juice - 2tbsp Water - 2 medium glass Black salt - 1tsp Pinch of salt . . INSTRUCTIONS : 1. Take a microsafe bowl, add raw mangoes and water to it. Microwave it for 10 minutes. (You can also pressure cook it for 2-3 whistles) 2. Now in a mixer/grind, add the mangoes along with the water, mint leaves, sugar and lemon juice. Grind it properly! 3. Add pinch of salt and black salt. Then strain it to an another bowl. 4. Had the blue one (🥥+ #pecan) before but excited to try the dark one too... cos that’s #healthy right? These are more for the sort of #nodairy kind of vegan. My morning routine! (Post 2/2) 🔥. - - 5️⃣ Mediation; I do this to create a moment in my day to try and not think about anything since my mind is always racing with ideas. 6️⃣ Visualisation; I visualize the person that I want to become in my mind and promise myself that I will take action to reach that goal. Got this idea from the book “Think and Grow Rich”. Definitely a good way to get me motivated for the day ahead. 7️⃣ Cold shower; If I wasn’t fully awake, I am after it 🥶. The 2nd reason is because it isn’t something that I “like to do” but I still do it anyways. For me, this creates “mental toughness” to remind myself that I sometimes have to do things I don’t want to and that it can actually help me (waking up in this case) 💪 . 8️⃣ Weighing myself; I weigh myself every morning after my shower. I write down my weight on a table that is taped on my desk. This makes it easy to track my weight and adjust my caloric intake accordingly. I have a range where I want to stay in between so If I get near the minimum weight limit, I know that I should eat more and vice versa 👍🏻 . 9️⃣ Vitamins; After I’m done weighing myself, I’ll have my breakfast which consists of oats. After that I take my vitamins. I take multivitamin, fish oil and vitamin D pills (Vitamin D levels might have a huge role in relation to COVID, check out JRE #1474 – timestamp 27:36). 🔟 Read a book; the last thing I do is sit down and read at least 5 pages of the book I’m reading. I want to be consistent with reading my book every morning, even if its just 5 pages. This will help me build the habit and eventually turn me into a reader. See my post from may 14th about all the benefits 👏🏻 . - - So this is basically my #morningroutine in a nutshell and the reasons why I do it and how it benefits me! - - Hopefully this inspires you to start your own morning routine. A tip is to start small. Don’t try to do all of this at once. Start with 2 or 3 tasks and expand as the weeks progress. First establish the habit and expand it once you get comfortable. You got your whole life to improve it, so take it slow! 🙏🏻 . - - Share this with a friend to inspire them and let me know if you need any help ✌🏻👊

🌱LAZANYA 🌱 Kıymalı Harcı; 300 gr kıyma 1 orta boy soğan 2 diş sarımsak 3 adet domates Tuz,karabiber Zeytinyağ Beşamel Sosu; 1 yemek kaşığı tereyağ 2 dolu yemek kaşığı un 1,5 su bardağı süt. Üzeri için; Rendelenmiş kaşar peyniri Ve Lazanya Yaprakları. Öncelikle lazanya yapraklarını haşlamakla başlıyoruz. İstediğiniz sayıda lazanya yaprağını suda haşlayın. Ben borcama dizmeyip rulo olarak sunduğum için 6 adet haşladım. Sizler borcama kat kat yapacaksanız verdiğim sos ölçüsü ile küçük boy kare borcama 9-10 adet haşlasanız yeterli olur. Yapraklarımız haşlanırken sosumuzu yapalım. Zeytinyağında soğanı kıymayı iyice kavurup sarımsak ve domatesini ilave edip pişirmeye devam edelim. Piştikten sonra tuzunu karabiberini ekleyip ocağın altını kapatıp kenarda bekletelim. Bu tarifimde kullanmadım ama normalde kıymalı harcın içerisinde havuç ve biberde kullanıyorum. Lezzetli oluyor. Dilerseniz ekleyebilirsiniz.Beşamel sos için tereyağını eritip içerisinde unu kokusu çıkana kadar kavuralım ve sütünü ilave edip kıvam alana kadar pişirelim. Çok az tuz ilave edilebilir. Tüm malzemeler hazır olduktan sonra kıymalı harçtan kalıbımızın tabanına az bir miktar döküp lazanya yapraklarına ilk olarak beşamel sosu, üzerine kıymalı harcı sürüp rendelenmiş kaşar peynir ekleyelim ve rulo şeklinde saralım. Tüm yaprakları bu şekilde hazırlayalım. Ve borcama dizelim. Milföylerin herbir parçasını 4 e bölüp 4 e böldüğümüz milföylerin ortasına kıyma harcını koyun.Milföylerin dört yanından kapatıp ters çevirin. Yağlı tepsiye Yanyana sık sık diziyoruz Üzerlerine önce yağ sonra yumurta sürün. Önceden ısıtılmış fırında 180 derece 25- 30 dk pişirin. Yemeden yarım saat önce fırına verip sıcak sıcak yiyebilirsiniz.
