Anche se gioca un ruolo molto importante la propria convinzione personale a tal proposito. Per quello che posso, io dico sempre loro che il nostro corpo, per aumentare la massa muscolare, ha bisogno di stimoli, di sollecitazioni esterne e che lui non ha pregiudizi riguardo l'utilizzo di pesi o di elastici piuttosto che di kettlebell. Quindi, l'importante è allenarsi. Possibilmente ad una intensità tale che il nostro corpo sia obbligato ad aumentare la propria percentuale di massa muscolare. On the heels of the btcalgary show yesterday here is a routine for the chest. • One major lift and 4 supplemental exercises with the last 2 being a superset 1️⃣Bench Press x12,10,10,8,8,6,4 2️⃣Incline DB Press 4x12 3️⃣DB Chest Pull Over 4x12 (keep you elbows out) 4️⃣Super Set: Dips and DB Flies 4x10 each Take 1-2 min rest for bench press and only 1 min rest between set for all other exercises. Remember even tempo and time under tension will build. Again, this is not for performance because as you lift with slow tempo you will also grow slow twitch fibres. So if you’re a speed power athlete this makes no sense. But it looks good on the beach💪🏼 Just sayin’
