Пока все проводят время с семьей Можно и побаловаться вкусняшками 🤗 Делюсь очень простым и вкусным рецептом печенья со сгущенкой 150гр сахара 250гр соленного слив масла 1 большое яйцо 1 стручок ванили 250гр муки 90гр кукурузного крахмала 0,5 ч.л разрыхлителя 250 гр сгущенки Духовку разогреть до 180 градусов. 1.Сахар и слив масло взбить миксером , добавить яйцо и ванилин . 2.Просеять муку, крахмал и разрыхлитель и вымешать тесто. 3.Тесто разделить на 16-18 разных частей и скатать в шарики.Положить их на противень на большом расстоянии друг от друга , затем слегка расплющить сверху ладонью. Убрать в холодильник на 10-15 мин или пока тесто не затвердеет. 4.Выпекать 10-15 мин , до бледно-золотистого цвета. It’s not our external world that makes us upset, it’s the attachment we have to things being a certain way— because we are unable to accept what is happening we tighten our grip and dig in even more — but we can challenge our aversion and we don’t have to suffer— it’s all about the perspective + the outcome AND your attachment to the outcome • • 👆🏼 WELL AINT THAT THE TRUTH •• my personal development take away from earlier today. Spent some xtra time ready my current PD book this morning + I felt like what #gabbybernstein says right there is pretty damn true about our current situation. Not knowing the out-come is scary, but that’s just gotta be okay(ish) or as okay as it can be right now. Here's a quick 30 minute full body work out to get your heart rate up, burn fat and SWEAT ... SAVE this & tag your workout buddy.⁣ .⁣ ✨ HOW IT WORKS:⁣ - This workout is made up of 7 different exercises. Perform the specific exercise for 30 seconds, pushing your body as hard as you can and then rest for 10 seconds.⁣ - Repeat this process 6x so that you have completed the exercise for 6 rounds of 30 seconds with a 10 second break between the round.⁣ - You have a 30 second rest before moving on to the next exercise, where you will complete the same process.⁣ .⁣ Repeat this process for all 7 exercises. Remember – you must complete 6 rounds of 30 second activity for each exercise before you move onto the next. Once you have completed 6 rounds of 30 seconds, with 10 seconds rest in between each set, you move on, never having to return to that exercise.
