Think about what your feet go through on a daily basis....they are the foundation of the body and take the weight of your whole body so you need to make sure you are caring for them. When there is a problem with the foot you will be sure to see that problem transfer up into the rest of the body..knee, hips, lower back etc. I myself have overpronated feet, which means I have flat feet my foot rolls in as I wallk so making sure I have the correct footwear to support my arch is essential. I wear ASICS GT 2000 which is a shoe for overpronation. Make sure your shoes fit comfortably, make sure the tread on your shoes is not worn, and make sure the shoe is correct for your foot type.
