Det är alltid lika kul att få sätta fast en nummerlapp på bröstet då det vankas tävling. #stenstansloppet 7,5K idag blev lite annorlunda för min del. För ovanlighetens skull skulle jag gå runt då jag fortfarande blir borta från löpningen ett bra tag till. Det blev en perfekt #rehab tur med mycket prat och skratt med likasinnade.💪😀🚶‍♂️

Tag 41: OK, ich geb mich geschlagen: meine Neurologin hat mich davon überzeugt, ich rufe einen Therapeuten an und mache einen Termin aus. Mein Beck's Depression Index war so unterirdisch heute, da muss sich was tun. Und alleine komme ich nicht mehr weiter. Habe nun eine Telefonnummer, morgen ruf ich an. Versprochen. Außerdem habe ich neue MEdikamente bekommen, die mir es leichter machen, das Haus zu verlassen und weniger Angst zu haben. Mal schaun ob es hilft. Este ejercicio presenta algunas variantes🔃 en la técnica como estocada hacia adelante, hacia atrás, con pasos, sin pasos y la longitud entre los pies🕵🏻‍♂️. . 📍Es sabido que una alta fuerza de compresión en la articulación patelofemoral dar lugar a un mayor estrés🤪 en los tejidos blandos, retinaculos, hoffa, hueso subcondral, entre otros. Donde el exceso de fuerza y estrés en esta articulación a lo largo del tiempo, conducirá a un síndrome de dolor patelofemoral femoral🤕. . 🔎Estos autores evaluaron a 18 personas sin historial de dolor patelofemoral👀. Donde se les pidió realizar estocadas hacia adelante, con una longitud del paso largo y corta, además de realizarlo con y sin zancada hacia adelante. . 📊Los resultados indican que es preferible realizar una estocada anterior con una longitud de paso largo y sin una zancada⚠️, además de flexionar la rodilla anterior entre 0 y 90°. Slowly getting my strength back after yet another knee injury. Going through the process of finding out what exactly is wrong so fingers crossed will be enlightened soon. Little set of dead lifts in my leg day today last set for 3 reps at 90kg no where near the strength I had last year but time will sort that. This felt really easy though and could have gone for more so onwards and upwards especially once the knee is sorted 💪🏻👌🏻. . If you breathe in and out through your nose, the air is filtered, meaning what reaches your lungs has some of the problematic particles removed. Your nose also warms and moistens the air before it reaches the lungs. 02. Breathe with your belly. About 70–80 per cent of every breath should be controlled by your belly (diaphragm). The rest should be supported by your abdomen, neck and shoulder muscles. Unfortunately, poor posture means about 70–80 per cent of each breath is performed by our neck and shoulder muscles. That’s partly why our neck gets sore after a long day in front of a computer. 03. Relax your breath. Our breathing reflects our thoughts, feelings and our physical body. If we are anxious, our breath shortens, which reduces the oxygen supply to the brain, which in turn makes the body even more stressed. As we take back control of our breathing, we in turn take back control of our body and our mind. 04. Increase your exhale. [BOLOVI U KOLJENIMA] Ekipa tu je! Vaš kratki vodič za rješavanje problema s bolovima u koljenima. Puno vas mi se javilo kako ima bolove u području patele ili blago iznad nje. Velik dio ozljeda koljena nastaje zbog njegovog opterećenja u svakodnevnim aktivnostima koje kvadricepsi vrlo često ne mogu podnijeti, odnosno nisu trenutno spremni i jaki kako bi neke pokrete trenutno izveli te dolazi do kompenzacijskih mehanizama koji će uzrokovati bolove u tom području. Istezanje možda instantno pomogne, međutim to nikako nije dugoročno rješenje te moramo tražiti načine da opterećujemo donje ekstremitete, a poštedimo koljeno i time zapravo poboljšamo njegov kapacitet opterećenja koji može podnijeti. U vježbama koje slijede, progresijskim smo se nizom bazirali na izometrično jačanje kvadricepsa, rasterećenje koljena prebacivanjem težine na kukove i ekscentričnu kontrakciju kvadricepsa te smo naposlijetku vratili funkciju koljena do te mjere da izvodi svakodnevne zadatke i vježbe kroz puni opseg pokreta. 1️⃣ "Hover off" - Izometrična kontrakcija kvadricepsa, stvaranje kapaciteta na opterećenje - 4x15sec 2️⃣ Čučanj s naglaskom na fleksiju kukova - opterećivanje stražnjeg kinetičkog lanca, rasterećenje koljena, naglašena ekscentrična faza, 4x12 ponavljanja 3️⃣ Ekscentrični jednonožni čučanj - Naglasak nas sporom i kontroliranom spuštanju noge koja je ozlijeđena, koncentrična faza sunožna, 4x10 ponavljanja  4️⃣ Goblet čučanj - povratak u puni opseg pokreta i vraćanje opterećenja na koljeni zglob, 4x10 ponavljanja Nadam se kako vam je ovaj vodič pomogao, a u komentare pišite što biste htjeli da iduće snimim!
