They have been away from PT session for almost 2 weeks and to get them started, I switch their program Back-to-Basics with a slight twist to see if their strength and endurance are maintain throughout the days when they have no PT. . As usual, here are the exercises that they performed today. . .Bottle Lat-Frontal Raise 3*15/4 .Lying Thumbs-Up Reverse-Fly 3*15 .Push-Ups Shoulder-Tap 2*10/8 .Basic/Hammer Plank 4*30s .Hip-Thrust 3*15 .1.5 Squat 3*15/4 .Power-Leg 3*10 .Jumping-Jack 1*50/4 . . Rest for 30s in between sets and exercises. 🔥 LA RECETTE MAGIQUE POUR FAIRE 100 POMPES⁠⠀ #saitamatraining jour 243 - dimanche 8/12/2019 👊🏽⁠ .⁠ Si on vous donne une recette magique pour un jour espérer faire 100 pompes d’affilée, fuyez !⁠ .⁠ On vous ment.⁠ .⁠ Ou alors il va sacrément falloir vous accrocher.⁠ .⁠ Ces dernières semaines, je vous ai donné pas mal de conseils à ce sujet. Et je vous ai menti. Un peu.⁠ .⁠ On oublie en fait bien souvent un facteur essentiel : la capacité à se faire mal… et sans se blesser.⁠ .⁠ Mon plan pour faire 100 pompes m’a amené à 94 cet été, mais 1/ c’était dans la douleur et 2/ j’ai vraiment dû faire pas mal de séances difficiles pour y arriver. Or, je ne suis pas toujours disposé à faire des séances difficiles, l’objectif n°1 étant de tenir les 100 pompes, 100 abdos, 100 squats et 10 km tous les jours jusqu’au 10 avril 2022.⁠ .⁠ La semaine dernière j’ai quand même essayé de travailler la force : gilet lesté, élastique, répétitions jusqu’à l’échec… L’épaule droite a commencé à me faire mal. J’ai donc vite arrêté. pas la bonne stratégie.⁠ .⁠ Je suis remonté à la source : pourquoi as-tu mal à l’épaule droite ? Simplement parce que quand je charge plus, je mets le surcroît de force nécessaire sur l’épaule droite. J’y peux rien, c’est mon cerveau qui commande ma musculature comme ça.⁠ .⁠ Maintenant, faut trouver une solution… Elle est simple : redonner du contrôle nerveux et de la force au bras gauche. Tous ceux qui font de la musculation le savent, il faut faire des exercices dissociant les côtés gauche et droit.⁠ .⁠ Au programme de ces prochains jours : pompes à une main à gogo, avec élastiques, surélevées, sur les genoux, peu importe la manière d’alléger mais les deux bras doivent réagir de la même façon à mes ordres.⁠ .⁠ C’est qui le chef bordel ?!!!⁠ •⁠ •⁠ •⁠ •⁠ #highintensityintervaltraining #preparationphysique #renforcement #hiit #nopainnogain #saitamaquest #saitamachallenge #onepunchmanchallenge #endurancetraining #physicaltraining #everydaytraining #frenchrunner #runstoppable #testyourlimits #courirpourleplaisir #instarunfrance #fiersdecourir #freeleticsfrance

What is the best time to workout? One most frequently asked question. There is really no research-proven right time. The right time is the time that aligns with your long-term fitness goals I am an early bird but in most days I can be a night runner. I have tried both and they are effective for me, but my tight schedule always has me up in the morning. Morning workout requires a nutritious dinner,( that is a balanced plate of complex carbs, protein, and healthy fat), a more rigorous warm-up, and lots of sleep, while evening exercises require you to fuel right throughout the day and to make sure events don’t interfere with your workout time. Stay on a routine for a while if you feel like you’d fit into one category more than the other, then that’s most likely the better option for you. Sometimes I do shift my workout to evening, and never follow through. 🔥 L’ENTRAINEMENT SAITAMA EST-IL COMPLET ? #saitamasensei21 #saitamatraining jour 242 - samedi 7/12/2019 👊🏽 . Aujourd’hui je vous ai fait du coloriage, et j’ai essayé de pas déborder. . Sinon, parlons d’un sujet qui revient souvent au sujet de l’entraînement de One-Punch Man : ça muscle quoi ? Et comment ? . Rappel : cet entraînement consiste à faire 100 pompes, 100 abdos, 100 squats et 10 km tous les jours. . Précision : vous z’êtes pas obligé.e de faire ça en bourrinant. Il y a des tas de variations possibles pour tirer le meilleur parti de ce volume d’entraînement. . Je vous ai mis quelques couleurs 😡😑🤢 sur l’image pour que vous vous fassiez une petite idée. . Pour résumer : . ➡️ Gros effets sur : épaules, pectoraux, quadriceps, abdos et pieds (croyez-moi, la course ça vous fait des pieds en béton) ➡️ Effets moyens sur : quasi tout le reste, y compris les chaînes musculaires postérieures ➡️ Effets quasi nuls sur les biceps . Rappelez-vous que vous pouvez faire vos pompes, abdos, squats et même course de tas de façons différentes, et donc entraîner votre endurance, votre résistance ou votre force. . Pour ce qui concerne les chaînes musculaires postérieures, quelques précisions : ➡️ Les lombaires sont sollicités avec les squats ➡️ Toute la chaîne est sollicitée pour la posture générale (pas trop sur les exercices d’abdos) ➡️ Les ischios, raisonnablement sollicités avec les squats et la course à pied (ça dépend aussi de votre type de foulée : cycle avant ou arrière) . 🔈Conclusion : si tu suis cet entraînement juste en assurant le minimum légal (faire le volume demandé tout en douceur), ça te fait un entraînement assez complet. Par contre, si tu souhaites gagner en force sur les pompes, abdos, squats, tu vas devoir aussi insérer des exercices de dos. .
