FOOD CONFUSION 🤔 In society today there are certain foods that are trendy, they get given a health halo 😇 and then there are others that get demonised 😈 - Take the above example. The avocado 🥑 has become some sort of all mighty super food that can do no wrong. It’s labelled a ‘good’ source of calories. People eat whole ones in a “low calorie” salad, or smash it up and put it on toast with some other weird things called chia seeds 🤷🏻‍♂️ - Now of course there are many benefits from eating avocados, namely they are a great source of dietary fat. BUT they contain calories...quite a few as they are predominantly fat calories and fat is more dense than protein or carbs - ‘Good’ calories If eaten consistently in excess over time will lead to weight gain, weight gain may lead to health implications = exactly the opposite of what you wanted! - Then we have the strawberry 🍓 jam on toast. These calories are labelled as ‘empty’ and demonised due to the sugar content. However at certain times this type of food could be just what you need! 👇🏻 For example pre or post training when you need some easy to digest carbohydrate. Or maybe, like me, you just simply want to eat a childhood nostalgic snack (used to come home from school and nail 4 pieces of jam on toast everyday 😋) every now and again 👇🏻 Guess what? There is nothing wrong with that at all, because if you eat a well balanced diet, every food has a place. • THE VEGGIE GIRL • Yes, if you follow me for a while now; you know I can create some pretty crazy chocolate creations.. 👸🏼 . 🍫 AND I LOVE ME SOME CHOCOLATE (if I could eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner I would definitely do it) . 😅 But you know what? It doesn’t give me the shape I feel comfortable in. So it’s all about choices 🙏🏻 . It’s my choice to share my crazy-chocolate-creatures on Saturday, but don’t let Instagram fool you 👉🏻 the rest of the week - aka 6 days - I eat pretty boring 🤓 . So I’m for sure NOT on a chocolate diet - again, I would love it 👅 - but that’s not the reality. So this is me; eating my veggies ☝🏻 . Even on a getaway I try to make ‘smart choices’. With nutrition 🍴and with training 🏋🏼‍♀️ Training on a short break comes natural to me, but staying ‘on track’ with food is a bit harder for me 💁🏼‍♀️ . ⚡️I can get distracted pretty easily by all the delicious chocolates in Antwerp, but in the back of my mind I know it’s not helping me - and MY GOAL 🔥 . 💭 So please keep in mind girls that EVERYONE needs to work friggin’ hard to get to their goal 💥 - and once there: all of us need to work so hard to maintain the progress 💪🏻 . . ‼️ So when you have a bad day or wondering why you ‘do this to yourself’ ➡️ remember that the ‘pro’s’ have those days. . There are days where I only want to eat 🍪🍩🥜, but remember WHY you wanted it in the first place. That will keep you MOTIVATED 💛 . . And also remember that ‘1 bad day’ will not destroy the progress of months. If you continue those habits, it will effect you. But that one day where you go ‘off track’ will NOT HURT YOU 👙 . . ✨So with that being said: enjoy this beautiful new Tuesday. ‼️While this app might be funny to see and I see #goals pop everywhere, it is the exact reason why I am doing what I do consistently for 14 years already! This is what I pictured 14 years ago, when seeing adults not being able to move forward anymore by the age of 50. It was the reason, why this big motivator made me stay in the game of Natural Development and Health, not Mr. Olympia, not girls, not to feel more powerful, not to feel more secure.. 🧠Just for the sake of Longevity and Health!🔥 It will pay off🤙🏼.

Yesterday I actually thought how I was going to get everything done🤨I made a plan & stuck to it🗒 9am walked the dog 3k🚶‍♀️🐶 10.30am cleaned 🧹 the house-2hrs 12.30pm my mum and brother popped in-1hr 30min 2pm #trx training -1hr 3.30pm school run 4pm made tea 5.30pm went to work 📅 10pm went to the gym completed legs -1hr 11pm light Cardio 20min 12am BED 🛌 slept like a 👶 A goal without a plan is just a wish!! I hear so many people say ‘oh I’m working, or I’m cleaning, oh Iv got other plans’!! If you really want to make something happen you will make time & make sure it gets done!! Stop ✋ with the excuses, because my life is just as busy as the next persons!! Ve kesinlikle sırttan destek alınarak kalkıyor. Böylelikle boynunuza yük binmeden karın kaslarınızı çalıştırmış oluyorsunuz. 🔺 Unutmayın ki egzersiz yaparken sakatlanma riskiniz çok yüksek. O yüzden mümkün mertebe en doğru şekilde yapmalıyız. 🔺 Bu harekette ayaklarda biraz kramp hissedebilirsiniz. O zaman hareketi bırakıp mutlaka müsait bi zamanda doktorunuza danışın.
