Hey 👋🏼 welcome to my new page and thanks for following. I created this page in order to keep myself motivated, track my progress and engage with like minded people. I have 2 babies, my eldest is 2 and a half and my youngest is 5 months old. I have always been into my fitness and tried to stay active throughout both my pregnancies. But inevitably, pregnancy did make me put on a few extra pounds. I didn’t obsess over how much weight I was putting on in my pregnancies because my priority was to stay healthy, be as active as possible and protect and grow my little babies. I lost some weight after my first pregnancy but not as much as I would have liked before getting pregnant again. After my second baby, I began exercising again around 6 weeks after the birth. But only in the last 3 weeks have I become committed to a consistent workout routine where I am exercising 6/7days per week to achieve my goals. I am doing this for myself, to feel fitter and healthier. I embrace all the changes to my body that pregnancy brought including the stretch marks and the mum tum. I don’t expect to ever get my pre-pregnancy body back and I don’t want to either. My body created, grew and birthed the two most wonderful human beings I have ever laid eyes on and I am grateful and lucky that I was able to do that without any complications. I appreciate that a lot of people don’t have it that easy, or at all in some cases, so I will never complain about my post-pregnancy muffin top. But what I do want to do is feel a bit better in my clothes, keep my mind happy and healthy and get back to a weight that I am comfortable with in myself. havent done an upper body session in a minuteeeee 🤩 • 🌟 3x15 tricep pulldowns 🌟 3x8 plank walk out into push up 🌟 3x15 tricep extensions 🌟 3x12 hammer curl to bicep curl (1 bicep curl + 1 hammer curl = one rep) 🌟 3x12 lat pull down (i have trust issues with my band because it snapped out the door once so be careful 😂) 🌟 3x AMRAP DB bench press (i only do AMRAP because my weights are super light) • outfit: high waisted flex leggings + training cropped vest in charcoal

My last back session🔥 Love deadlifts so much! I did them first 40 min of my training😂 90 kg x 6 reps (2 sets), then I set 110 kg and did 2 reps x 2 sets.. and then I set back 90 kg and did 6 reps x 4 sets! Kinda crazy session!😅💪🏼

Leg curls (34 kg x 12 reps) 4 sets 5. Leg extension (34 kg x 15 reps) 3 sets 6. Lunges (10 kg each arm x 10 reps on reach leg) 3 sets 7. Calves 15 reps x 4 sets Then I did few exercises on abs and in the end stretching!🤘🏼 Make sure to SAVE and TRY this leg session, but set your own working weight of course!
