Привіт 🤓 Сьогодні трішки про присідання в тренажері Гаккеншмідта, або в простонароді Гакк-машина (російський борець Георгій Гаккеншмідт, почав виконувати присідання, тримаючи штангу в руках за спиною). 👍Шикарна вправа з акцентом на квадріцепс. Завдяки тренажеру, можна виконувати з різною постановкою ніг. Я ставлю ноги вужче і нижче, щоб якнайбільше перенести все навантаження на квадри. ⚠️Так, п'ятки відриваються. ⚠️Так, коліно виходить за носок. ⚠️Так, звичайно я не раджу вам саме таку техніку виконання. Якщо у вас не великий стаж тренувань,  відчувається дискомфорт в колінному суставі навіть при звичайних присіданнях, не можете тримати колінна в різні сторони, а з більшою вагою в присяді зі штангою сильно завалює на носки, ВАМ ЩЕ РАНОВАТО! Тільки поступово, підбираючи свою  постановку ніг, не надто низько, поступово збільшуючи вагу, і з чіткою технікою, спина та таз прижаті до подушки, виконуємо опускання вниз, а не провал кудись вглиб, щоб потім хутчіш встати, ви зможете з часом експерементувати в цій вправі (при виникненні дискомфорту чи больових відчуттів, відразу завершуйте виконання). Тому не лізьте на вагу, завжди слідкуйте за технікою, і все вийде 😊 +60кг на 10 повторів (з такою вагою робив вперше, коли ще рік назад спробув присідання в Гакк-машині, я думав що мене придавить сама ця платформа, тому все з часом😉 (зі штангою на той час присідав більше 100кг)) #cookdestroyer #gym #lagsday #kyiv #fitness #bodibuilding #киев #тренер #робипотолку

You won’t grow those muscles if you don’t lift heavy and, of course, eat to fuel muscle growth. You won’t suddenly have a good nights rest and a peaceful mind if you don’t put in the workout to make that happen. #FBF to power cleans circa 2013 ➡️ 2019?! 🏋🏼‍♀️ _ It’s pretty cool to have some of these old pictures to look back and see the progress. _ These pictures are probably at least six years apart. _ The physical changes are pretty cool, but even better are the mental shifts. 🧠 _ I started CrossFit as a former athlete looking to fill that void. After playing soccer in college, I didn’t really know what to do to stay active as an adult. ⚽️ _ I started running and did that for a few years, but was bored (and didn’t feel very fit to be honest - hello strength training). 👟 _ I wanted to be strong, I wanted to see muscle definition, and I wanted fitness to be FUN again. 💪🏼 _ CrossFit empowered me to embrace my strength, to lift heavy weights (NO, ladies that doesn’t make you bulky), and to find the fun in fitness again. 🎉 _ Training in this style allows me to focus on how my body performs, not how it looks. I set goals based on how much weight I want to lift or how many pull ups I can do, NOT how many calories I am burning or fat that I’m losing. _ This type of mindset shift is what keeps me going. I don’t work out to LOSE anything, I work out because of what I GAIN. _ No matter what style of training you do, work to embrace this mindset. The mindset of GROWTH, not loss. _ How strong are you getting? Not how small are you getting. _ What can your body DO? Not what are your limits. _ And remember, this isn’t going to happen overnight, any progress worth having takes TIME. _ What’s your fitness journey been like? _ What questions do you have about strength training? _ I’d love to hear your thoughts below!
